Cabris and Bondes

Originally from Poitou Charentes, these two delicacies ae moulded and returned to moulds formerly known as Faisselles. These moulds give them the shape of a Bonde (a little piece of wood used in cooperage). The textures are fine and creamy, with soft caprine flavours.
